Depends on how old the child is as to whether or not he should still be paying, forget about the benefits his ex is claiming we dont get involed, if the case really was closed then no money would have been taken enforced or otherwise from ure ex, so either he is voluntarily paying his ex or shes/hes lieing about paying. As for the child whos just left college, if shes enrolled in a new course she would still class for maintenance.
Daughter 1, went to uni last September.csa shut claim down 18th, CB on 5th. Csa still took money till January after I screamed for 4months.
Other child 17, would not have enrolled in a new full time coarse for this year anyhow cause it was to early.
Actually csa takes money straight from dads wages. A debt that doesn’t meet there own criteria.
Ex was theiving benifits 4 years ago also so is an old hand. She’s told daughter she’s not aloud to work.

Julie don’t listen to the tit head above comment, go to complaints review and demand they do a child benefit check, comes back in 24 hrs, then report to child benefit fraud line they do deal with it as CSA also do, the case wanker above giving you bull shit advice makes my blood boil, join our Facebook group if you haven’t already child support agency ripoffs, we have the tools to get CSA to do the job we tax payers pay them to do
Hi Julie, as Lisa says, avoid the CSA workers advice… It is incorrect and its quite clear hat the individual doesn’t know what it’s talking about!!
The CSA s 100% useless and are only interested in their bonus! The staff will lie and some have even stolen directly from NRzp and have been sent to prison for it… Like the case worker above, they come on here touting for business and will say whatever it takes to get people to use CSA… As it keeps them in a job!!
Some MPs can help too…. As can NACSA – they have helped hundreds of CSA victims…. I’d also recommend you join the Facebook group Lisa mentions as you will get support from people in similar situations…

Csa caseworkers comment implies it is there rules that if you apply for college but have no intention of going, still apply as they will still milk maintenance payments for a whole year.
Then do the same the year after & so on until your child is 20. Every case worker for the csa should be held personally accountable for their actions so had better be clear on what information they give.
Not all fathers are useless. There’s no information to help fathers who are getting ripped off by csa.

NRP’s don’t seem to have any rights. The staff dont even seem to understand their own rules Any time you question them (CSA)about anything concerning what you have to pay the staff assume you are a deadbeat dad trying to get out of paying .Totally unfair ,surely they can see that my husband has paid the pwc direct for over 10 years & is a caring father. Last year we were made to keep paying as the qc’s were on a college course. Neither have attended this year at all yet we have to keep paying as the pwc claims Ch/ben ! They say that is their only concern & while she claims he has to keep paying. You wont get any back because they are allowed to do this !! Therefore had to pay all last year even though neither have attended their course at all in 2013! We reported change several times but they wouldn’t have it as pwc was still claiming and they said it would run on till end August.!(!when the academic year ends).This September comes-ring them again and they say the qc’s might have started another college course!! I dont think they will be going back to a college where they didnt turn up for the last course will they ?The older one is actually working anyway .Why do they just believe the pwc -this is just unfair & a licence for pwc’s to cheat the system -but Hey ! It makes the CSA collection figures look good & they get their bonuses!! What about our young son that lives with us ? He’s not getting enough consideration from the Child Support Agency is he ? Child Support Agency don’t make me laugh…..
