This is nothing but pure child abuse – what else can I do?
The CSA were taking money from my wages to the tune of 52 a week until January last year at which point I started paying directly because it was so much better for my son and his mum as I could see they were getting it.
Upto that point they had taken 13.5 k from my wages of which she had seen just a fraction. Thay had recently contacted my boss again so my ex partner got onto them and said hang on a mo….no more…amazingly they sent her a letter confirm the cancellation of the debt! Wow!
4 weeks later my boss has an order to pay 104 a week from my wages!! What the actual!! They want another 30k from me!!! I have my son the best part of 4 days a week and have done for years!! I am actually at the point where I will swing from my neck before suffering this utter utter bull anymore.
This is nothing but pure child ABUSE…it is enforced poverty for myself, my son and his mother. I cannot take it anymore…if a solicitor and my mp, local papers etc etc cannot help me with this then I’m afraid the outcome can only be bad…what else can I do?

You can get her to cancel the csa agreement and set it up so u pay her direct instead of paying CSA and then CSA paying het

I know you and your ex now get on but having them 4 days a week is joint custody.. You should not be eligible for maintenance payments.. Not qualified to give advise but try csaripoffs Facebook page for some sound advice.. Good luck
Your employer can actually refuse to tale the money from your wages, it’s not legally enforceable, then if they dare to take you to court someone sensible can look at it. Don’t just hand it over. Keep writing them letters informing them of the situation and what is happening and send them recorded so you can track they’ve been received, they are invaluable in court.
