They’ve taken my tax credits into account so my three kids are losing out
My partners ex has just gone through csa and they have done the same they have took all my child tax credit into account for his daughter to pay his nutty ex so my three kids lose out while his ex gets it all how is any of that fair so bloddy stupid especcially when 90%of my child tax credits is paid for my oldest daughter been serverly disabld so her money gets peanalised for another persons child give me strenth

Another thing u have to laugh at is they say Csa is to stop child poverty!!!! So the non residential parent is put in poverty how does that work! And another thing the government say it costs £56 pw for an adult to live on so why is there not a set amount for a child not 15% of someone’s wages surely if I was getting 10k a week hypothetical I know but that means the mother of my kid would get £1500 pw and all her benefits something needs done with Csa

This happened to me and they want our child tax credit, i told them to fuck right off and take me court. How can they justify this ? Roll on court!!! i wont back down on this, where this family works and my ex who wont let me see my kids dont work, its knocked up and gets more money per week than i do, its just bull shit
most of the time when doing benefits calcs tax credit are disregarded I thought in csa cases it was the same?? its a valid point maybe contact the minister responsible for csa and put it to him he has a fb page on here.
