They’re refusing to acknowledge my previous payments – now I owe £5K

my ex got in touch with csa and i started to pay after I got access to see my son, I lost my job and had to claime jsa so i pawid her 5 poung a week from the monies i recieved.

I couldnt find work so went self employed, my ex and i decided to do a privare agreement. i paid her more than she would of got through csa ( i was awae of the arrears j still had ) and i repeatedly told csa what i was doing. she gave me recites of everything i paid her privately.

work slowed up and i was forced to sign on again for a few months which she was highly upset about and contacted the csa. im back in work and paying csa again but they refuse to acknolage what i payed privately for over a year and now say i owe 5 thousand pounds and sending balifs after me.

in honesty i worked out i still have arrears byt only 1500 which i am happy to pay extra monthly for, i just dnt jno what to di csa refuse to ralk to me about itl
