All I can say is that you are not alone, which I know doesn’t help your situation but try and stay strong. These bastards have hounded me into the ground, so much so that I’ve just had to sell the only asset I had (my car) to get them off my back for a little while – which is great as I am disabled and now can’t get around so am practically housebound while my ex has now emigrated to Florida, taking my son with him and has just bought a 5 bed luxury detached house and a brand new 4×4. Mel N Tribe how do you define providing for and responsibility? If you are a nrp who has overnight access and you can’t provide them with a decent meal or even a bed to sleep on because csa are bleeding you dry and you just cannot afford to provide for your kid(s) then should you tale comfort in the fact that when they are not with you they are being cared for financially because afterall its your money that provides for them and yet when you get your overnight access and desperately want to spoil them you can only afford to dish them up beans on toast!

you should pay for your child no matter what, i as a single parent who gets little help from the father of my child go without on a regular basis just so my son can have 3 meals a day,stop wining and pay your dues, or simply dont have kids if u cant pay for them, kids cost a lot of money,food/clothing/school uniform/3 meals a day,try it on your own one day,then u will realise how hard it is for us single parents.
