They want payment for when my son lived with me

I have received a enforcement letter applying for a liability order against me,the period they want maintenance for my son has lived with me and still does.

I have phoned and the CSA say that there is nothing that they can do, they wont even phone the mother to check the dates!

    You can try to put a maintenance application against your ex, make sure that you can prove the dates that your child has been living with you and try to claim for child benefit as well. Good luck.
