Not familiar with the old rules. But 40% plus 62 doesn’t seem right. You need to be more specific. Are you single ? Living alone. Or with someone. Be ause under the old rules they will take your partners income into account. Maybe you could write to them asking to convert you to the new rules. I’m sure there must be something under discrimination law that you could use.
Do a little research but don’t give in to the scum at the CSA

With a wage like that wot the fock are you on….just fecking pay it or find where they work in the csa and burn they house down and when you find where they live tell me and i burn the rest of them….or you can do something to your ex everytime they take payment..maybe then she might stop

Give up work and never work again…then they only rob £5 a week from you.lets face it….with that amount of money being bled from your wages every week ..is it worth getting up every day to work? You have no quality of life…give it and the CSA the 2 finger gesture,throw the towel in, I would if being robbed like that each week.

It looks like this is a IMA A as the money he is left with is the same rate as JSA without any housing cost. Go get real advice on this matter .
