Did u not notice the money wasn’t going out of your account? I had the same with my council tax and had to pay the arrears. It’s a standing order that u set up so the fault actually lies with ur bank for not setting it up properly
The CSA don’t take direct debits, as previously mentioned they use standing orders.
You have to pay the money, if you didn’t pay it, you benefited financially…time to pay the piper my friend.
You’re still out of pocket the same amount…just contact them and negotiate a decent arrears repayment plan.
