They lean towards my ex even though he’s in arrears
After bring up my daughter with my husband for 16 and a half years she has decided to live with biological father who has put in a claim for the CSA.
They are constantly phoning up for not paying toward my ex who has been dodging the system for many years.
He has arrears stating just over £7,000… However I fell as if part of the CSA are leaning more towards his point of view .
I simple do not think it is right I have to keep paying for my daughter’s up keep when she is no longer at home.

im i reading that right . u do not think it right for u to pay but wanted him to pay when she was with you . Ok not fair he did not pay and u may end up paying but to say nopt right for u to pay cos she not at home no more its not right when u wanted his money whenn she was

Either way, this woman would have expected him to pay despite her not living with him. But she expects not to pay because she is not living with her. Double standards here I think.
Or are we both reading this wrong??? Is your husband the biological father or are you saying your husbands brought her up and now she wants to go live with her real father ??
Any way… Her real dad can claim CM as the pwc , just as you should have done when she was living with you.

I think you both miss understand what I put . she lived with me and my husband for 16 and half years . her dad as been in and out of her life and did not want to pay for her up keep my husband has paid for her from 6 mths old . what I am trying to say do you think it right for another man to give when he did not want to pay . if my ex had of paid and she still had left I would of paid him . I feel he as let is daughter done with giving up is jobs all the time .I also feel that if he can get away with not paying then why sould I pay for him to look after her . I know at the end of the day I will never see the money he owe me !!!! and I also know that 2 wrongs do not make aright . when I do of if he pays I will be happy to pay him .
