They just take what they want and there’s nothing I can do about it

Hi im having real problems with the csa iv been paying regular amounts set out by the csa. my employer pays it so theres no missing or forgeting to pay. iv been ringing them for 6 months now at least 2 times a month they have told me the payments i was due to pay and the payments iv made.

to cut a long story short i missed a payment of just short of 300 pound but magicaly i owed more. carnt see how i paid about 750 pound extra way more all the other payments where right and have been upto now and they have even agreed and gone thru it all with me. iv made notes of it all so in my world they ow me 450 pound but now they want to take more areeres of me end of this month and next even thou theres noway i ow it.

everytime i ring i speek to someone new then a line manager get nowhere then do the same again next month and im realy lost on who to go to or how to deal with it as the wont let me go into a csa office and sit down and speek to someone about it what do i do help me please they just take what they want and theres nothing i can do to stop it.

    You should involve your MP, they are the only people the idiots at the CSA listen to…

    There is also a website called NACSA that provides guidance and you can subscribe to and they will get involved and provide you with the exact information you need to deal with the CSA…
