My wife and i divorced 6 years ago. we have 2 daughters now aged 9 and 11. she left me for her ex boyfriend but not before she got pregnant then had an abortion behind my back and moved into our planned house with him. i have paid every month since we split.
Last year my mum passed away and i have slipped into a black hole, my wages have decreased by £300 a month, i told the CSA about this and they have got back to me today and actually increased my payments by £40 a month.
My girls stay with me 3 days a week. they have a second home here with me. i feel im being screwed as they are losing out with their time with me as im giving it all to my ex and her husband who she left me for! #very annoyed

I would question the csa’s calculations if your wages have decreased and if you get no joy see your mp. Do your children stay overnight because if they do this effects the csa payments.
New system comes into force soon which means pwc and nrp mediate a way forward which makes it fair for both parties, if one parent disagrees then it can still go through the agency but will be charged to do so.
Also, you might not see it now but with regards to your ex you’ve had a lucky escape and cheats are never happy if they have a relationship based on infidelity.
