They have the cheek to blame you for all the money they take!
The CSA say only what they want to say (I.e they say they record conversations, but only mention the one’s that favour them). They do not accept criticism in any form. If you complain they all stick together.
They don’t care hiw much financial difficulty is caused. They allow thr parent with care to change their mind (I.e. if you have a private agreement the parent with care anf decide that if it doesn’t favour them then they can go to the CSA and get a better deal).
They don’t care that single fathers are taking their own lives becase the CSA don’t listen and don’t want to listen. The CSA has its own rules and changes them when they feel like it (like saying you must pay via your employer and not through a direct debit anf avoiding a charge from your employer).
The CSA always says that they don’t have a manager in charge when you call anf the CSA have NO customet care skills! ! Make you feel terrible andthen have the cheek to blame you for all the mmoney they take.
IT’S ok for a parent with care to have an income for there self… there partner anf of course for the money fron you.. leaving you almost destitute. . The CSA…. are worse than the job centre.
P.s thankd to the CSA I don’t have the money to be able to see my eldest son or fight to see my youngest (who I am paying for!!!).

The Csa do record every call and if you you complain to the data protection team they will find the recordings. I had to show them my phone bills to show the calls existed but got them in the end and proved they had lied thus getting my arrears reduced by £6500.
I write down dates times name of who I spoke to and make notes on everything that is said so when they do try to contradict info previously given I can challenge them with my own records ! I don’t take calls from them until I’ve got my records in front of me – if they call I ask them to wait until I get my security info etc. the system needs to be streamlined no way partners earnings / tax credits should ever be taken into account !
Let’s be fair the people who work at the CSA have no clue …….

THEY also say that you must then put in a complaint.. knowing full well that you pretty much won’t have the time to investigate.
The CSA are a disgrace from the top down and even after complaining to my local MP.. the head of these people backed them to the hilt!! Also the worst customer service I have ever seen! !
There is a app called “record my call” , it’s free to download. Start recording Them like i do 😉
