There are rules about the NRP’s partner and their company – how do they work?

September 7, 2013

I read on your website that there is a rule that CSA work on about the NRP’s new partner if they run a company together and the company earnings are spread evenly between them. Could I find out how the rule works applies?

The new partner has absolutely nothing to do with you, the only persons income you should be interested in is your child’s father, why should another woman pay for your children, you gave birth to them not her, the responsibility lies between you and your ex nobody else, would you pay for another woman’s children nope so don’t expect another woman to pay for yours

Actually my question was how does it work when NRP and his new partner run a business based on partnership together, how does the CSA take deal with situations like that. I’m the new partner and want to know how they look at the cases like that and of course getting any straight or truthful information from them is simply impossible.
