I have been dealing with the CSA for 15yrs Many unrealistic assessments now a very unrealistic arrears 10k for 1 mother 6k for the other mother, the debt was suspended, of which i knew nothing about, 6yrs on the CSA with the mothers want this some back.
Both mothers are using the CSA to punish me i now have a DEO in place for £812 per month which will leave me in much hardship and unable to meet my household bills i feel this government agency is crushing me, suicide really is becoming an option

Question everything the CSA say, never belive a word and never ring them, join this group asap on facebook and lets get you some help, suicide is not an option,

Start being pro-active….start by making sure these arrears are correct, you can do this by seeing your mp and getting your data file for both cases. £800.00 sounds an awful lot for anyone every month, try and get this reduced by saying it is leaving you in hardship, send them your expenditure and include everything, you can even offer them a reduced payment and give them 2 weeks to respond…this is where your mp comes in handy as your not evading payment, also threaten the csa that being unemployed is the only option as you cannot live. If your feeling depressed see your gp and put this as a reason to him/her, the dr can also act on your behalf in making payment more negotiable. Please don’t let the bastards win, you might find that the pwcs aren’t getting any of this money and using you as an easy target. We fought the csa and won, it took 18 months of persistence but got there in the end, don’t give up!!
