The government doesn’t care as long as you pay
I feel sorry for all of you guys as there are no fathers rights in this country. You pay, whatever you ordered to pay, 99% of time csa cant even calculate the payements corectly, who cares you are being refused acess by the same woman who rings them on daily basis demanding your salary review.
Who cares that your childs name has been changed without your permition.get a lawyer.pay more.get nowhere.pay.who cares you cant afford to live. CSA needs to undergo thorough inspection as this institution is highly abusive and incompetent of their job.
But than again, goverment doesnt care as long as you pay.

I totally agree. My partner has been hounded by the CSA – on two separate occassion on the first day of his new job!!!
he used the CSA calculator to judge his payments to his ex so she qwould not go without as the CSA did not come back to him with how much he should pay then they called him and demanded a back payment not taking into account the money he had been paying direcvtly in to her account – even when he sent them a letter of explanation along with bank statements. There is nothing taken into consideration that although his ex got the whole house that HE had paid fo as she had not worked, even though the kids were at school – (he left the marriage with a bin liner of clothes and a spanie) – she sold the house moved the children 5 hour drive away which costs him £100 in petrol to visit? Where is the justice in that.
Also on that note – has anyone ever spoken to a man at the CSA??? I would be interested to know – it appears to be run by bitter women who have it in for men!!
Something needs to be done by the Government about their treatment to fathers! It is disgraceful!!!
