The treatment and lack f regard for my two lovely children from the CSA has been a six year nightmare. There father drives around in an Audi has a highly paid 50k + per year job . Enjoys holidays in America and other places and has lied to the CSA who side with him completely .
I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone without any help .
What about my children ? No new clothes holidays,basic food, they have suffered and he has lived the high life.The CSA have not investigated him as he knows the system and how to work it .
Change of circumstances address ect all delaying any progress that then starts all over again.
He is a disgrace but your organisation is worse as it claims to be there to help families. My children’s childhood has been stolen. I work full time do not claim benefits and live on the breadline.
Its so simple he must pay tax ? He must have a bank account but his human rights cannot be breached can they ?
My only question is what about the children, they appear to be the last priority of the CSA.
Also if the mother works as I do you are even lower in the pecking order as people on benefits go to the top of the list. I expect no reply,or answer,or resolve as my soul has been destroyed and another conversation to be told computer says no would be too much to bear ! I hope you enjoy making the lives of complete fraudsters so wonderful !

Why are women so obsessed in what car the ex is driving no doubt he worked damn hard to get his car unlike the mums who come on here complaining. Maybe if they get of there asses and worked instead of trying to screw the ex then maybe they might get luxury.
Daniel, i think that your generalising comment is uncalled for…. i know many single parents, male or female who work their fingers to the bone to provide for their children without any support or luxuries. An extra pair of shoes or winter coat would go a long way in some cases but because the “absent parent” has abandoned their child/ren, most have to go without… any thoughts about them?
Who care what the children’s dad drives around in?! Who cares what job he has, don’t be jealous!! Maybe– wait for it?? It’s not rocket science! GET OF UR OWN ASS AND GET URSELF A ‘AUDI CAR’ or pay for a HOLIDAY URSELF!! No one has a right to just be given money!! More of the stopping moaning and more of the working action and ur might surprise URSELF on how good it feels when u WORK for things instead of being given them!! #MONEY #WORK #EARN #YOURSELF

The CSA has and will continue to fail ALL parents, time to shut them down and send to jail all those who have deprived parents of their wages and child access. There has to be a better way when such misery is caused by people who have no care for the impact of their illegal decision making.

I wrote this post and I do work 6 days a week from 6am until 5pm everyday as an engineer.
I would love a nice new car to drive my children around in but unfortunately I haven’t a pot to piss in !
We both decided to have children, what if I bailed out said I’m not playing it would be two children in care rejected by both parents .
The point I’m making is that I have worked my fingers to the bone without any help.
The person in question is sick he walks past his own children in the street.
No birthday or Christmas cards yet him and his new lady have the high life.
The other point I’m making is that he claims he earns approx £170 per week which I know is a lie as I know people who work with him.
Do you think its acceptable to lie ?
I am annoyed with the CSA that for years he has played the system and got away with it .
Oh and just for the record I couldn’t give a hoot what he does if didn’t effect my life .
My children would in fact be better off if he was dead as they wouldn’t have to see him then ?
I have no jealousy towards anyone I’m only interested in my children, and it’s a good job I am.
