The CSA won’t send me money due to its error

I have been in receipt of 120.18 for a matter of months after my monies was stopped, due to an overpayment on an attachment of earnings from my ex partner, this over payment was through no fault of my own, but l feel that my son is being made to suffer due to the money not coming into the home.

For many months l have been having monies taken off me to help pay back this over payment. My exs money is still being sent the the csa department and so now it is causing us great distress through no fault of our own.

Everyone i speak to state that i can not do anything to right this situation so therefore feel i have no option but to seek advice and take action via a solicitor. The csa are not prepared to inform me of a person further up the ladder who could be of assistance to help. in the past i had to place and com,plaint in and was compensated for their stupidity by a few thousands.
