Judging the issues without taking sides
Well having just had my report back what can i say, You are not allowed to see the evidence the CSA place in front of him. I based my evidence on the CSA final response. Case Examiner will use anything on your file to find away to not uphold your complaint. I stupidly did not ask for my data files before i complained. What the examiner claims are on them is utter garbage, I have now asked for my prints. When asked why I was given no opportunity to provide my response to this pack of lies. The ICE responds it serves no purpose to allow complainees to see what is placed in front of me!!!!!, So how is that not taking sides?
The man is a joke, If at out set the ICE stated you will need your data prints then fair enough but they do not do this, A level playing field this is not, CSA omitted 19 years of paperwork and it was ignored. No opportunity to view it or challenge it. so be warned before you do anything get your prints and I guarentee they will have been tampered with, The case examiner is NOT independant and his mission statement misleading at best.

@CSAHell Yes – good point. You MUST get your prints at least annually. Always request full sets. Always get all phone calls.
yes ICE is nothing but a whitewash/placebo – will even make up excuses or invent excuses for the CSA. You could not make it up how corrupt ICE is – 25% or more of its staff come from the CSA.
Yes we all know CSA courts are kangeroo courts.
Ive worked hard all my life, paying my taxes and the CSA scum have the powers to walk all over me and thousands like me.
They are a total disgrace.
Even when you are in the right, the CSA will find some way of moving the goalposts to ensure that you pay what they demand.
How and why would a so called independent person operate this way? He is just a DWP Puppet on a string and the Government need to adress this Joke of a man impersonating an independant examiner who has taken sides before he even considers a case.
