They ask the pwc if they deny it you’re up the creek without a paddle.!The CSA said we have arrears have had to pay them nearly 30% of our wages despite having an agreement with the pwc for direct pay for years ..they wouldn’t even look at our evidence.Direct debit regular monthly for the exact same amount.They have treated us appallingly.If you even try to query an amount you get treated like a person trying to get out of paying ..not fair at all! Our young son who lives with us had had to go with out ,in fact ,he hasn’t had to go without WE HAVE to make sure he doesn’t !!
The scum can only take 40% maximum of your take home pay, you need to speak to your pay roll people, they may have been intimidated by the vampires…

The csa needs to be stopped and scrapped..
They can only take 15% of your wages.
Its 15% for 1 child and then 5% for every child after that. If you have arrears the CSA will take it but still have to leave you with a % of your wages.
