CSA Mistakes

The CSA made a mistake and now I ower £200 – what can I do?

My ex husband is self employed. He gives csa annual accounts which they use to calculate payments. I know that he doesn’t declare all his earnings . The csa don’t want to know. They are now reducing my payments as they say I owe him over two hundred pounds through their mistake and there is nothing I can do about it. What can I do?

  1. theres nothing you can do! had he owed you arrears im sure you wouldnt be letting him off the hook!

  2. Well said Rach… however, the CSA will never get it right and the PWC’s need to stop using it!!!

  3. As an NRP. “CSA made a mistake, now I owe £6,400”.

That what these lying , thieving b–tards, stitched me up with.

    Welcome to the club..

  4. Deal with it and give the man a break, if it was the other way around the csa would almost hang him for it, so suck it up and pay the man
