The question is, what are you gonna do with all that money owed, if you get it?
Your oldest is 21! U have obviously managed to raise her without regular payments! You should take pride in that fact but do u need to still take action through the csa for a 21 year old? Shes old enough of contact her father herself and see what the score is! If he doesn’t want to know then so what! Move on…you’ve coped this long without him taking responsibility for maintenance of his daughter!
Your daughter is 21!!! time to move on me thinks…….
all you think about is money not your kids then, if the oldest one is 21 y do you want more money for then?oh yes your a mum,, money money money think about your kids for a change then …
That’s what mums do bring there kids up whatever live my throw at them it’s just a pity some modern day mums want a good few grand a year threw at them and there ex partners life’s and wallets at there disposal !
Excuse me Andrew jones I have not said I want ‘money, money, money’ at all I simply stated that my child is almost 21 and the csa let me down with that case and appears they’re going to do the same with my youngest. I have never received a penny from my eldests father and prettying the same from my youngests. My children are well balanced, educated, polite, well fed and clothed, so before you start throwing your pointless spill about women only wanting money from absent fathers brush up on your own reading skills and actually acknowledge what you are reading. Your attitude appears to be that of an absent father who has clearly been chased for money by an ex partner to contribute in the financial upbringing of a child.
Emma you need to ignore these morons as they are bitter and twisted and give no useful valuable advice apart from name calling and insults!
This website has now become so biaised against the PWC thats its just one sided abuse and insults and name calling, such a shame that this is all its known for now.

Sadly the CSA lets everybody down and all parents and children are victims of it, Not all women are money grabbing and not all men are trying to avoid, if all groups got together we could initiate a change untill then the infighting will continue and the corruption and incompetence of the CSA will thrive.
Well said Stuart.
