From 13 JANUARY 2010 I was at court 1 LINCOLN MAGISTRATES COURT case number (320900232041) and ordered to pay £35 pounds per week for two years and no more now the csa have defied a court ruling and taken £64 pounds from my wages (20 aug 2010 on top of the £35 pounds that i was order to pay by court I have cancelled this standing order as I cannot afford to pay £35 and £64 total £99 from my wages which Anita cross as refused all access to my son and access for my family to.
The csa have Violated my basic human rights and the court ruling and committed fraud by asking me to pay for dates i was not working or claiming unemployment ( fraud) and (deception) in the csa departmen.
Anita Cross from Waddington has committed (fraud) and (deception) by obtaining a council property.
But still lives with her parents and my son.
- She as committed (fraud) and (deception) by obtaining full or part rent and not saying she received payment from me for the last 15 years.
- She as committed (fraud) and (deception) by obtaining child benefit and not telling she received payment from me for the last 15 years.
- She as committed (fraud) and (deception) by obtaining full working tax credit and not telling she received payment from me for the last 15 years.
- Has hidden my son away for the past 17 years by the cross family (false imprisonment).
- And committed (fraud) and (deception) by lying to CSA THAT I HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENTS.
ALSO THE CSA HAVE NOT TAKEN IN TO ACCOUNT STATEMENTS FROM MY FAMILY SAYING I HAVE PAID, again the csa have violated my basic human rights not given me a fair hearing it’s all one sided.

For a start mate you are talking a load of nonsense! You shouldn't be using her name online and giving out her location details. That makes you an idiot and likely to get into serious trouble. Secondly where is your proof you made payments to her in the last 15 years? Why didn't you keep a record? Thirdly- Child Benefit is not income assessed. It's a benefit that anyone can apply to and the maximum payment for the first child (currently) is £81.20. Fourthly this "false imprisonment" do you mean to say that he has physically locked up?? He has never been to school or leaves the house etc? If so that would be a Police/Social Services Matter and not a thing you go saying over the internet.You need to seek legal advice and posting her details on the internet where you could be placing her life or your children's lives in danger is reckless.
I think you have a case here. I think that the Court ruling must stand for 12 months before the CSA have the right to totally ignore the Court and due process.Sadly, with respect to the payments that you have made it is up to you to prove that you HAVE paid. This has to be documentary evidence such as bank statements. Failing this your ex partner has to agree that you have made these payments.If you believe that your ex spouse has committed benefit fraud then you should report it. If you can prove your unemployment then the CSA cannot take more than a small amount from you.There are numerous documented cases of people accepting that suicide is the only way to make the CSA go away. While I sympatise with your feelings, it is not the right thing to do on a whole range of reasons. If you are feeling anywhere near that, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go visit your GP.Lastly, it is the MPs who voted the CSA in and it is the MPs who will have to vote the CSA out. The only way that they will do this is to become very aware of the problems that people are having. Please do involve your MP and don't believe them if they say there is nothing that they can do – there is.Oh, and you are not helping your case by publishing your ex's personal details on a public forum
By publishing your ex's name you are open to libel charges!As for the other charges you allege you clearly do not know how these benefits work.The false imprisonment, if that is truly the case then that is a police matter. But if you make a false allegation it is YOU who will be charged.I would suggest you are angry and are lashing out. The courts set payment so go back to the courts to enforce it.
why have you waited for 17 yrs to say your son has been hidden away…there are many ways to find out where kids are living,surely you must have thought of this years ago?????In this day and age, a man who really wants to see his kids, there are no barriers,the law is actually on your side,some might suggest that this is a little vindictive to broadcast your ex,s personal info online ,how would you feel if her and your son recieve any trouble from wierdos who revel in this kind of info??????????????
Bank statements are not enough, unless the payment is actually listed as 'child maintenance' there is nothing you can do. My husband had the same problem..I'm afraid it's a combination of naivety on the NRPs part to think otherwise & the CSA being pedantic.
As an aside, the other income your ex has received is not assessable through CSA anyway, so she has not committed any offence…sorry.
hannah my partner ex has moved away with his children and we don't no where, we've tried so many ways to find out but can't, its not as easy as u think. (glad she moved away shame about the children but shes has posioned them)
This is the same problem we have. My husband came very close on several occasions to ending his life. He also was stopped from seeing his daughter, she walked passed our home everyday on the way to school and ignored him. My Husband's ex worked full time and said she only worked part time, claimed allsorts of benefits, Never once did she tell the csa about the loans he was still paying in the home, the bills he was paying for the upkeep of her home,took voluntary payments from him every week and he paid extra to her when he did overtime. WOuld the csa investigate this? NO they said they had to take her word, cos she was Important??. I could have lost my husband and so much happiness through the evil acts of one GREEDY EX and the CSA.
the sheer stupidity of the csa knows no bounds, .the sooner they are all closed down ,the better. .reading the different cases on facebook fills me with horror, and in some ways its comforting to know we`re not alone in this debacle. .
Instead of publishing names at risk to your child, there are many avenues that r available in reference to reporting thr fraud, altho CSA are fraudsters themselves as they want to deduct my monies at an incorrect calculation, however! I have knowledge of their intentions but they are not in position to start deductions as yet, a continued battle is yet to be resolved.
The whole thing should be shut down and the people responsible tried for crimes against humanity… this ridiculous organisation is a national disgrace. Any other organisation responsible for the deaths of 70 people would have the HSE all over them… a complete shambles and don't get me started on the parasites who either a. avoid their parental responsibility b. milk their ex's because the CSA leaches tell them they can (after all it keeps them in their public sector well paid, pensionable jobs) phew.. I need a walk to chill again..
i think 70 people dad is a little bit under the mark. Its in the thousands.
sorry about the spelling mistake I meant dead; although dad is probably closer to the facts. Its mainly dads that lose house livelihood, sanity and then kill themselves. When you make the animals in charge of the zoo, all you get is a mess.
