The CSA is still taking money from me even though my daughter works and has her own flat
Back again ….after further investigation on my part the csa still take money from me even tho my daughter has her own flat and works. Her mother does not recieve child benefit or any of the money csa takes/defrauds from me and the csa are aware of all these facts..
Going back to previous advice from Alice, I have sent 3 letters to csa 1 of which was recorded delivery I have copies of all I have had no response from csa. you have to ask yourself is it incompetence, overwork or just out and out indifference. I believe they will keep on taking money because they can and then claim ignorance..I also have correspondence from csa stating my arrears which havent reduced for three years…
Also I was told when dealing with dwp on a different matter..IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE….

Have you seen your mp see if s/he will give csa a kick to sort your case out…also get a copy of your data file which cost 10.00. I take it you have a deo on your wages? Is your ex receiving any of the money or is it a supposed secretary of state debt?
Make a formal complaint then take it further you have to be firm
Get your MP on it an call CSA and request a child benefit check.
THEIR A JOKE NUF SAID SHOUDL BE CLOSED DOWN THEIR BREAKING THE LAW SUE THEM
M.P. is a good route. However, if you have evidence and proof of the deception that is taking place, it may be worth going for a free consultation to a solicitor.
Ask them to draught a warning letter to the CSA (£30) with consequences of legal action against them.
Keep all evidence in writing as proof. Don’t speak to these incompetent ars-holes by phone!
