The CSA is still demanding money after the death of my son

April 5, 2013

After writing to you concerning the CSA wanting to collect over two thousand pounds after the death of my son. I have had a letter back admitting maladminastation they would still like repayment but are going to give me £50 as a way to say sorry…. i have emailed everyone you advised me to and attached a copy of the so called apology letter.

I have also complained again advising them that they need to review or indeed sit down and make a policy for handling account closures following the death of the child within the account. I need to win this not just for me but for every father after me who loses a son or daughter, i can’t describe the emotions I have gone though since losing my son and the grief process being made so much worse buy these incompetent individuals at the CSA.
