The CSA is not helping people, it is hindering people
Hi yet again i’m having to get intouch with your agency again . I’ve phoned your agency last wenesday to be told you have rung me which i know is not true and that you have sent me letters which i also now thats not true either due to me having a trace on my mail put there by Royal Mail .
I also got told that Mr Wayne Edwards has asked for a review on his payments and that should take upto 90 day’s which has been and gone . What is the point of me asking you to get attachment of earnings on Mr Edwards but it seems that dose not work either . I am sick of chasing money which is due to my son .
I’ve had enough of your Agency messing me about with payments . I want my case to be closed down right away because i don’t want the stress of chasing £49 pounds pre week . Yet again i’m 3 weeks behind again one minute you are paying me then next your with holding payments .
I wish i never got you involved in this matter . Shut my case down i don’t want any more contact with your agency because you are not helping people you are hindering people .
