The CSA is designed to extort

The Saga continues… 4 weeks ago the CSA told me that the child was no longer eligible for CSA payments. This had been the case for over one year.

A few days ago, the CSA took their normal monthly deduction (approx. £300) from my earnings. Yes, the DOE is still active and no arrears are involved.

I would like to say that the CSA is an enigma, wrapped up in incompetency and tied together with mismanagement.

But they are not. Their system is designed to extort and hold on to as much money as possible, regardless of rules and regulations. They are just another legal racket.
