The CSA is a severely corrupt entity and something needs to be done about them

From my experience, anyone who chooses to get the CSA involved (and it IS a choice) is out to get as much money as they can, especially if it means making the nrp skint and unable to actually treat his children.

My ex-wife wasn’t happy with what I was giving her from my pay packet, despite paying for her house and insurances, so went to CSA. To my delight, theCSA were retaining £90 from every payment because she’s too lazy to work, so through her own greed she was worse off. She now works less than 16hrs a week (as few hours as she can, and from what I’m told, doing as little work as she can) so I don’t know if she’s getting the full amount now.

And when I was almost having one of my two children with her come live with me, do you think CSA would change my payments? No way! The CSA decided that I would still have to pay the amount I was already paying her for the two, despite only one living with her, and she wouldn’t have to pay me a single penny to me for the child living with me. So instead of CSA’s priority being for the PWC and the child, they went with the woman. As a result I could not afford to have the one child come live with me or I may have wound up in major debt, losing my house, and so on.
The CSA is a severely corrupt entity, and something needs to be done about them, but when they steal… sorry… make so much money, who will do anything about it?
