The CSA have so many double standards
i asked my sons mum if she had let the csa know that i have had my son 2 nites a week since jan as i read on the website that she is to let them know how many nights i have him.. she said no will u ring and tell them.
so i rings up guy says sorry cant do nothing unless she rings up and confirms. so she confirmed. he rang me back… so i said have i overpayed seen as she never notified you of the changes. his response was no as you never told us untill yesterday. i said but on your website it says that the resident parent is to inform of that change. he replied unfortunately nothing can be done as we only found out yesterday…
and then one more thing he said but if changes to your circumstances happen and u dont let us know you will acru arrears lol so me over paying for 6 months nothing they can do…. but if i dont notify them then they can get arrears lol talk about double standards

csa are a joke and a waste if time. think the law needs to change when it comes to csa. very stressful as well

I think the law needs to change on how they work payments out, to take into account when working out how much you need to pay they need to base this on your income AFTER main life bills like food, rent. First of all and then it also needs to take into account the mothers income. IT TAKES TWO to have a child why is it only one paying for its up bring? If you pay £200 a month doze that mean the other parent is also putting in 200 NO why not? Also for the csa to stop taking into account payment made to someone else like child tax credits this should not be based as your income. If there are any groups out they protesting to get your voice heard like FFJ. I be interested the law has to be changed
could not agree more our case closed now they after arrears from 19 years ago its going to tribunal and appeals
cud not aggre more micheal they are a joke they shud NOT take CHILD tax credits to pay another child who gets there own child tax credits u should not take my kids money to pay another thats wrong pure n simple u are stealing my childs money end of….. and yes my hubby has been assessed to pay a rediculus amount leaving us £30 A MONTH for 5 of us for food they expect a charity to keep us while we are robbed they should not be taking money at the detriment of other children they can go in to poverty to pay a 19 years old MAN and the mum has sat on her arse fopr over 19 years does she keep her kids at same amount as hubby expected to pay does she billy ho they bvoth made that kid y is HE ONLY expected to pay to keep it??????? hes 19 y has she not in 19 years been foreced to get a job?????????
As soon as the fathers phone the (Cunts Scum Assholes) they just want to hang up. They only care about they money not the kids. If they care about kids then y cant they take the fathers side of things too. I tell you y is coz they get more money off us and for them to more money off us they tell the mothers to stop the kids contact with the fathers so they can make a killing. And how come when a CHILD is 16 he or she is Still a CHILD. I dont think so. If that kid want to piss off out from that house to c his or her father then how come you cant stop it. Cos they nor a CHILD…. This country sucks and when i have money im going to more to some other country…
