The CSA have left me with no money once again

My ex partner requested that the CSA collect the maintenance payments for my daughter. They told him that the payment schedule would be set up this October but told me the it would be November.

He made his payment in October but it cannot be paid out as the schedule is not due to start until November and the payment is in cyberspace. Was told by them that it would be added on at the end of the payment schedule which has left me with no money whatsover! I hate them this is the second time they have done this to me and my daughter.
