my wife stopped me seeing my kids as withing2 months she had already moved someone else in .
I took her to court numerous times did not make any difference as when I went yo pick them up she would make a excuse as I did not drive my brother would take me she then stopped him and I had to have a taxi which was xpensive when she stopped them coming she did notwant me involved, even after going to court. now 28 years later the csa have said I owe thousands
I have married again brought up a stepdaughter as my own not claiming nothing of anyone also had boy of my own at my wits end what right have any men got when the women have all the rights because the csa don’t care as long as they can make money as they are a money making organisation

i take it your children are now over 20years old if so the csa cant take any money off you unless she put a claim in all those years ago
Your Human Rights, in that you have a ‘right to a private family’ life have been ‘torn up’, by UK politicians who invented a company, in which they are stakeholders.
I too thought that I was doing the right thing in obtaining court orders regarding contact, because a ‘feckless’ mother was using the children as commodities. She was misguided by lawyers and the CSA, who had obviously advised her to prevent contact with me, in order that she could maximise her claim for benefits, whereupon the CSA would attempt to demonise and criminalise me, in order to reclaim those benefits.
The politicians and CSA conspire, and abuse the statute laws in order to believe that what they are doing is in the best interest of the parent with care and the child/ children. How wrong that they are!
They make things ten times worse, in their attempts to alienate the non resident parent from their children, as they act like god.
The question is? Who really rules the world?
Not the politicians or their self-serving puppets!
Go to your M.P. embarrass them, and ask them why your being criminalised and demonised?
On a further note. I believe that any alleged/made up arrears prior to 2000, cannot be enforced, so I think that you should seek specialist advice from CSA hell or Nacsa. Don’t pay any monies until you have gone through CSA complaints channels, your M.P. and the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
The CSA make things up as they go along. Don’t speak to them by telephone, get everything in writing as evidence, and more importantly do not a believe a word that they say!
