The CSA are pigs
I paid CSA from 2008-2011. However in December 2011 my daughters mother cancelled my CSA payments after an argument.
I tried to fight this as it wasn’t her money to cancel in the first place. CSA just went along with the mothers wishes.
In the mean time I have paid £1900 into a post office account for my daughter which she will receive when she turns 18.
However March 2013 I received a letter asking for back pay and the case is re opened and that my ex partner wants money. I owe her £4800 and have to pay £400 a month for 12 months. Is this allowed?
I have tried explaining the situation over the phone with the CSA but they are pigs. Is this allowed?

finds the letter from when she stop the claim and find out when it was reopend they should have told you right away when it was re open .

The most inept incompetent useless pointless outfit have ever had the misfortune to attempt to deal with.
