I pay CSA every month. They take it straight from my wage. I get abuse and threats from my ex and her family. Because the CSA pay it when they fill like it. So doing the right thing and supporting my children I get the come back from there Incompetence. I pay tax for this service to operate. What a joke they are!!
Yes they do. They have sn HSBO account all money goes into that n thats y they make up arresrs. It makes around 3million a month in interest and then paid out to shareholders like law society the CAB magistrate courts and certain members of parliament like Ian Duncan Smith. That is y solicitors dont like to get involved with csa the CAB give shit advice and the government allow the csa to trade and u can never beat the csa in court. There is ur answer.

I know for a fact that when paid weekly your calculated weekly and pay monthly which results in paying an extra month a year. I also know for fact that they write in the paper work to your employer for deductions from earnings not to show it to the person it concerns. I have just this friday requested the paper work from my employer and they happily gave me it……..very very interesting reading which I am now in the process of putting a number of questions together with all the paperwork to ask my Case officer and then send it to certain MP’s and papers.
Also it is CSA policy when the NRP is married to take into consideration their partners earnings as Disposable income but if the PWC is married their partners earning are not taken into consideration. This was confirmed by a member of the CSA team whos name and extension no I have who then denied it was discrimination towards the NRP’s partner????????
Also the system allows the NRP to go into debt with the system when the NRP on a weekly basis cannot pay the full amount therefor snowballing the outstanding amont onto the next week and next week and so on and so on?????? Until masivly into a non existing debt due to simply not earning enough to pay the full amount requested??????
Interesting reading.The law needs to be changed and this is one reason why. Fathers do need to pay for their children but the way in which payments are worked out needs to change. Like payments are worked out after LIFE bills and taken into account first like food rent etc. Then they also needs to look at the full household income of the mother and take that into account. They need to stop taking into account working tax credits and child tax credits on the fathers side as an income also. Like this if you agree and for this to change everyone being used as a money cow needs to come together to have there vice heard. Maybe everyone wright a letter to your MP telling what’s happened to you and tell em you want how its worked out to change all on the same day lol? Its not going change by just griping about it on here.
