The agreement HAS NOT been broken
My Ex and I agreed an amount in January 2013 and I have kept up all agreed payments since that date. Now She has contacted them saying She wants the CSA to collect payments.
I thought the CSA were an agency dor errant and none paying Fathers (something I am obviously not)?? My Ex closed any CSA involvement in January 2013 because of OUR agreement. I have done some research but is it legal and sound that the CSA can get involved again if the agreement HAS NOT been broken!

Love it if she got less
My partners ex did the same – she got greedy and wanted more but csa worked out he owed her less each month – so then… She decided he couldn’t have the kids as much so she could claim more – complete bitch!
She can only collect them from the date she called them….
To many evil woman out there. The CSA and these Lazy arsed bints are messing up a whole generation of kids!!
