Telling the CSA you have changed jobs
I split up from my wife in 2007 as she had an affair, i used to have my little boy on a regular basis but she started to make things very difficult for me saying that he was asleep, starting arguments, so in the end i gave up i found it all unfair on my little boy.
I miss him dearly. I asked her not to get the csa involved as i took a ten grand loan out when we were still together ,this was used on the house we both shared ,and when i finished paying this she would get money from me but oh no!
so the lovely csa got in contact and i submitted my wage slips straight away they took 50.a wk from me, as i got made redundant from this job i took another job with less income.
i informed the csa about this change of circumstance but ended up with arrears of 500.00,but they say i still worked at my previous job, they are now leaving me with 121.00 wk to live on . I cant pay the loan cant pay my rent. To me the csa is used as a weapon and not for the children involved , my ….ex wife is going on the drink at weekends with this csa money.
I have now have a girlfriend who has been trying to get csa for the last 3 yrs but as he is self employed still can,t get a penny to me she is being punished both ways .
Your life in there hands .
