Teethless CSA are useless

‘Ex’ reneged on mutual voluntary financial agreement so CSA were contacted.

Assessment made but immediately after receiving notification of the amount he had to pay, his current wife said she’d do anything to protect her own family & they then claimed they were no longer living together.

She submitted a claim for her child that wasn’t even supposed to be his (but he did put his name on birth certificate). Their claim went through because the CSA said he’d changed his postal address for his bank so their rules meant there was nothing they could do but allow the claim.

Since they ‘separated’ the ex & his wife had another baby which she added to the CSA claim, so our original claim went from 100% (never saw that though because of their immediate claim) to 66% to 50%. ANOTHER baby is now on the way (again since they separated) so our payment will reduce to 40% when it’s born.

CSA repeatedly ignore information about evidence regarding the fictitious separation (obviously 2 pregnancies are not proof enough) saying that there’s nothing they can do because his postal address is not ‘the marital home’. This is a ludicrous & frustrating situation. The CSA have no teeth – they are totally useless …. this could even be fraud -local MP has been contacted to see if they can help.

  1. I totally agree 2nd families are not alliwed to pay bills classed as not essential but denying them there avtivities of daily living elec heat light food warmth safe place to sleep etc isnt ese3ntual so women luke thenonebin this story can rape the mans paycheck disgustin…..rhese are rhe sort of tactics families are being forced to do to protect their kids and not be at muny grabbing nastys like this woman…….wenbu seperate the man is entitled to move on u want more muny get off yr arse n earn it…….

  2. If the children are in the NRPs household there is an allowance for each, 15% for one child, 20% for two and 25% for three or more before a maintenance calculation is made.
If the children are not in his household the maintenance is 15% for one child, 20% for two and 25% for three or more.
So the additional children make the difference not the fact of separation or not.
