Well im sure as for me and anyone else money is tight, and the csa wont hardly leave you any money to live on only £138 a week joke.
Well i owe money around £900 to csa and because i lost my job and then started a new one money was low first couple of weeks, so I had to cancel the DD in march and april but kept in full contact with csa what was happening and paid by card but they told me im unreliable and I MUST PAY FOR MY DAUGHTER i love there one liners everytime which i am happy to do, but I only get £90 child and working tax and £200 pay from work after tax and insurance and there taking £70 for next 24 weeks.
I have a court order for my rent and council tax as im behind with them, i dont know what to do with myself and how can o afford my other bills.

Keep on at them and get your MP involved. This is so important. My partner has had massive problems with them where they were taking near on 70% of his salary. They made him sell his house and eventually lost his job so now they get £10 a month off him from his benefits. He wants to pay more but he can’t now so they have made matters worse. They are liers, rude and incompetant and I am yeet to find anyone have anything good to say about them. Even the mothers in receipt of payment have negative comments. It will take time but we all need to stick together and shout louder. Please see your MP and email CSA every day regarding your situation…
Like Elaine says the best thing to do is complain daily and get your MP involved. They don’t listen to anyone else sometimes except MP’s.
The CSA are not interested in anything at all or your financial circumstances and what accounts you have to pay. They are purely driven by money and want as much as possible only to make their targets look better. Unfortunately people are suffering big time because of their incompetence.
Darren you and i are in the same boat however i;ve been luckier than you as ive been recently made redundant thus ending 6 years of working for nothing as ive been paying in effect 60% of my wages to the taxman and funding my ex’s lavish lifestyle( villa in spain etc…). I know its not be natural to think this way but it maybe better for you to go onto benefits rather than financially struggle for years while being employed as i have done. Ali the last 6 years of employment have brought me is hardship and debt in a job i disliked while i wait for the day that my son turns 19 and i can rebuild my lifeafter the CSA. The main advice i can give after many years dealing with the CSA is put everything in writting as they will lie and deny conversation/ or arrangements made over the phone. As for making a new life for yourself and your children remember that making yourself ill is not an option and sometimes you have to put yourself first..goodluck mate
me to mate. the csa wont listen,they just want to see you suffer. the csa are chassing me for monney back in 1999.they made me split up with my partner and 1 year old boy,csa was taking over £100p/w out of my waiges.i lost my job, house everything. ending up taking an overdoss.ive been with my partner now for 10 years,and its started again.becouse i diddnt tell them what had happed back in 1999. they said i owe them narly £8000.I left the country for a year to sort my head out,came back then meet my lovely lady who i am with now.they have taken me to court said i would have to pay £10 p/m untill they sort it out.had another court cass in feb 2012,then got a letter saying that they have put a d.o.e on me.dont have to go to court. there is 7 people in our house. anything over £700 p/m they take off me. WOT A JOKE.they dont care.i have yet got into det.taken a nother over doss,dont wana live.some 1 needs them stoped.the joke is they have sent 5 different amount starting from £4500 upto £8000.but wont send me a staitment,asked them over 20 times.no luck. ask to speek to a manager,he is always out.when i take my life i will make a point for every 1.good luck everyone.like banning your head against a wall.
