Surely this is wrong and illegal?
I had a private agreement with my ex-wife during august 2012 and april 2013, one of my children can to live with me, and agreement of payments could not be agreed, the csa were contacted and to agree payments from april 2013, the csa are saying that during the private agreement period I have underpaid, the csa are now taking lump sums from my earnings to pay this so called underpayment,
I have explained there was a private agreement in place, but they are not interested, I have had letters from the CSA threatening court action if I did not pay, help, surely this is wrong and illegal??????

go to your local msp, and it is illeagle
The Csa can only take money off you from when they first contacted you so tell them to do one get your MP involved and take it to a first line compliant online never talk to these numptys on the phone !
Its up to your ex to tell them and sign that she dont need them. On the other hand you can claim against her for the one you have living with you….y use the csa in the first place. Dont she know they not there for the kids only the fathers money. Dont you phone the csa coz as soon as they know your a man speaking they dont care wot you say. Only the mothers can phone them scum…
And yes they are doing wrong but have you got the money to take them scum csa on?? Thats y they do this coz they know you have to pay the full everything to take them on. There must be 10s of thousands of us fathers they are doing this to. The only ones that can do anything about it is your mp. If us all fathers go to our mps then something has to be done to close these bastards down. If we done thing like the csa scum do we be in big shit. We have no rights left in this country anymore we can only ask our mp. There is a patition on facebook starting soon so stick with this site and as soon as i have the link for it ill post it here on csahell and share it to everyone. On the other hand you could ask your employer to put you on a 3month contract so you can tell them how much you want to pay them.. Or go unemployed and let the dwp pay the fest for you. You only need to pay them £5 a week. And on your next job give them a n.i. Number thats not yours so they cant track you…
