Surely the CSA can’t use such old information?
I had a private agreement with my baby’s mum ov £130 a month baron in mind she was a 1 night stand won’t let me see the kid only at hers so I f**ked off.
Then she rang the Csa and they wanted £300 a month going off my wage 2 years previous so I used the Csa calculator and it states I have to pay £47 a week which was fine.
Then they told me because my wage hasn’t gone down by 20% I still have to pay that even sent them wage slips from my employer and their not agreeing I was wondering if I should let then do a deduction ov earnings because they can only take a percentage surely they can’t go off my wage from 2 years ago.

Unles u submit current income details they wil only go on what they know and can find out
He said he’d supplied his wage slips. Unfortunately, the CSA make up amounts and won’t change their minds. There’s not much you can do. Don’t voluntarily let them do a deductions of earnings. They will take what ever they like and leave you with nothing.
But his wage hasn’t gone down on the new slips to the current wage now ? So why would it make a diff from the same employers details 2 yrs later if ur within the same amount of money ? If he can prove its gone down more then 20% which his wage slips ain’t showing it has so not sure what he’s asking them to do ?
Women call the shots and out for what they can get men lose out. I bet if shoes was on other foot they wouldnt go down csa route they would just get on with it.
