Yeah it seems that ur employer should take responsibility for the mistake, only problem being is that u still hold a responsibility to make sure that ur maintenance has been paid. I would seek compo from ur employers and claim that it’s left ur kids without food or something!!
The only reason your employer is involved is because you yourself have not discharged your responsibilities like you should. Why did you not set up a ‘direct debit’ ? Then you would have been in control!
@ Marcus – what absolute drivel you talk….READ the post properly!!! You don’t know the facts surrounding this situation!
My partners employers were involved because his greedy ex wanted more money!! He paid her through a private arrangement for 3 years (more than the CSA specified!!!!) but she thought she would be entitled to my income when we started living together… it backfired on her though as she now only gets £5 per week and we are laughing all the way to the bank (and his kids get more too as the greedy mother is not getting the money to spend on herself!!)
So might I suggest that you practice what you preach and don’t jump on the ‘assumption’ bandwagon that you slag other off for on other posts!!! (below)

Here we go again. The usual trolls jumping on a PWC when they have absolutely no information on her personal or financial situation.”
Another crap post by Marcus the troll, yes your employer is at fault as long as your payments remain regular then a small mistake as this can be dealt with, never ever set up a direct debit YOUR NOT IN CONTROL a standing order is the only way you control the payments going to them, payments direct from the employer have until the 19th of the following month to be paid, if your out of pocket I would be asking your employer for maybe a financial contribution towards out of pocket expenses

And you claim that your not a troll??? C’mon Marky lad, you can do better than that!
Csa can even put a deo on someone’s wages even if they’ve been paying for years….marcus have you not learned anything yet from the incompetence of the csa….tut tut!!
What total and utter drivel indeed from the usual lot with the vivid imagination. Trolling pots calling the kettle black.
Whereas I base my comments 100% on the facts presented, and these are:
1: Graig is paying for his children through a deduction of earnings order and has so for years according to his own supplied information.
2. Deduction of Earnings orders are only slapped on NRPs when they repeatedly miss payments, in other words, have proven to be irresponsible parents, or even worse think they are some sort of CSA warrior by refusing to cooperate with the CSA to the bitter end.
3. When I say this, I don’t say the CSA never gets it wrong. I know they do. Been on the receiving end of their errors and incompetence often enough!
To even think of blaming your employer shows a screwed up mentality, where things are always someone else’s responsibility.
Wake up and smell the coffee. If you make children, it’s not the state’s responsibility to raise them. It certainly isn’t your employer’s. It also isn’t your ex ‘s new partner. Its YOU, YOU, YOU!!! And even if your ex is a money grabbing good for nothing then you made an error judging her/his true character.
Marcus is female and works for the CSA!! and she knows it.
Marcus….what is your gripe? You sound angry that you married someone with children and became a family unit that you became financially tied to….poor you!
And responsibility lies with both pwc and nrp!!…maybe pwc should also have made better choices who she had a child with, but hey hindsight is just that! Not all pwc’s are angels and neither are some nrp’s but try not to tar them with the same brush. Csa are useless end of and the mistakes they make are endless, that’s the real issue.
If the employer has messed up with wages then yes it is their responsibility to correct it.
Marcus needs to be gone from this forum, where are the admins?
He is trying to incite bad feeling and trying to wind everyone up.
He or she clearly works for the csa.
Marcus leave and find somewhere else to troll.

Troll Meltdown…
@ Mr Whitey: You must be my biggest fan re-tweeting verbatim everything I post. Shame you have no original thoughts of your own…. Where did you pick up that habit of re-tweeting what you can’t understand? Nineties netetiquette manual? and @woody. You would love that wouldn’t you? Ban original thought of decent people using decent language and leave the place to trolls who abuse PWC’s with words like ‘Greedy Bitch’, ‘slag’, ‘cash cow’ and much much worse. Inmates of a lunatic asylum often think that they are perfectly sane and so it must be the entire outside world that has gone bonkers.

No, Marky boy…just Troll-Busting.
Dear mr/mrs marcus, csa worker,
There is only one lunatic venting bile and stupidity on here, and that is you!
Please find something else to do with yourself, like find out how you csa workers are going to defend your wrong doings to pwc and nrps when all this csa fraud blows up in your face.
The clock is ticking, you may even find yourselves facing prison.
