Something wrong with this country
Unbeleivable csa
After a long and expensive battle , i got my son away from his alcoholic mother , it was worth every penny and was unbeleivably frustrating and difficult , the english court cystem automatically favours the mother no matter what , eventgually the truth came out and i got my son so i called the csa told them , and sent them proof , all is good thyen i think , WRONG , five months later i get a call asking for money , how asks i , well the child benefit stays with the parent for six weeks regardless of the situation and until that was transfered to me so did the csa payments .so i get a nice bill for over 600 pounds whilst receiving nothing from his mother as she is on disability for her alcoholism ,and the csa are threatening a deo for money that will not go to my son as he lives with me , will piss of my employer and make me look bad , and be morally thye wrong thing to do . do they give a shit , NO they do not .
There is something so wrong in a country that lets a company under the guise of the dwp extort , bully and threaten law abiding tax payers and effectively criminalise men (usually) ,how and why is this crap allowed to go on .90% of fathers care and pay for their children and yet are treated with distain and contempt by unqualified , jumped up little jobsworths who have bad attitudes and are in no way held accountable for the damage their overbearing, bullying, thieving, lying , corrupt, unreasonable, inflexible, woman favouring ,family destroying , behaviour this company is a national discrace and the fact that it is never talked about or reported in any media , exept favourably speaks volumes with its silence , this and previous governments are turning a blind eye as it is so easy to say all absent fathers or as we say non resident parents do not pay , as we know this is not true.
Rant over as nothing will change untill someone with very deep pockets sets a precident and stops this once and for all

Well done, getting your child. That’s just the start. Now start building the future. If she doesn’t want to be involved then get on without her involvement.

congratulations on winning your court battle and getting your son away from his alcoholic mother and ensuring his stability and happiness. Absolutely shocking that in the six weeks for the child benefit to be switched over you were liable to pay her maintenance even though your son is now with you. You need to go to your mp and raise awareness of this loophole. Make sure you complain in writing with all your evidence too as complaints by phone never get logged in my experience.
Enjoy your future happiness with your son. I hope you get this sorted.
