Single father of two in bind with CSA
I am currently in bind with the CSAin regards to an increase in payments
I am a single father of 2 whom i recieve no support for,i am only able towork part time to fit in with the childrens schooling and my son is autistic , the CSA have now calculated that i am liable to pay 198 pounds a month , on assestmentthey state they will give me 48 pounds a week each for my childrenand then take 15% of the remaining and this is how they calculate my figure , my earnings are subsidised by benefits as i am ona low income , they will not factor in orsay haqve any legal obligation to factor in the basic coosts of living , rent etc, i have informed them i am unable to pay that amoount and they will force me to give up work , but they are not interested , if i do anything to compromise the welfare and well being of my children i can be prosecuted for child abuse , my children taken of me
How can a givernment body be alloud to effectivly abuse my children by depriving them if the essentials of life and have the law on there side , please i am looking for help, there must be a way to stop them they cant be aloud to do this.

If you are the parent with custody…why do the CSA want money from you?
That’s wrong.
Have you claimed from the other parent through the CSA or do you have a private agreement?
Have you thought about making a complaint regarding your case, seems the csa are not taking into account the fact that your a single parent and with things going the way they are your going to be forced out of your job,
Welcome to the disgusting world of CSA neglect. The assessment process is a joke and I am looking at a way around this.
