Shouldn’t I be getting something if he is on benefits?

My ex does not work as he claiming benifits but living with someone but i dont get no money off him does his partner wage take in consideration as an income for the house hold for him to pay me towards his child?

I have not had any money for at least 3 years and he does have conatact with her wen he feels like it.

I have never stopped him seeing her she now 6 i just get got no money .. but if he claming benifits should i get something out of him or even his partner is full time at work . thanks.

  1. You should be getting something from his benefit, that’s
    only if he’s claiming, could be his girlfriend supports him which you will get nothing, and I don’t mean to be rude but his gf shouldn’t support your children, they’re not her responsibility but yours and his. If he’s shirking his responsibilities then shame on him.
