Shouldn’t his partner’s money be taken into account?
Hi, ive been getting csa of my ex since 2013, from my understanding hes partners money isnt taking into account. But I brought it up in court as they dont have children, But because my oldest isnt hes and the court granted him contact dose that mean he can pay for her?
My ex partner and he wife to be had to provide all income to court as what my ex was paying wasnt enough through csa as I was struggling to look after my 3 disabled children so my ex pays csa and my children’s clubs and half money so I can take them away

I just can’t begin to imagine how this person thinks this is even the slightest bit right?? I’m living through both sides of the rp and nrp! Iv never once stopped my children seeing there dad nor gone to the system that is the csa and my partner has an on going battle with the csa! The csa has balled up (no fault on our side) so straight away contact is stopped, fantastic job csa 10/10 for effort on messing with a kids head!!!!

I’m a single mother of three … In all fairness my ex contributes and he is a good father .. We are good parents … We just happen to not be together .. These things happen
And guess what .. I do this thing call WORK and don’t claim anything ! .. I have pride in the fact everything I own is mine and bought from money I’ve earned ! It’s called self respect ! If you don’t have any pride or ambition how do you expect your children to want to better themselves !

Sounds like your just after the money and not what’s best for your child. If you have a job why you wanting more money as I could bet you’ll no give the ex clothes, etc down as you should as its part of you receiving money from the ex as csa don’t tell you that but tell nrp.
My wages were taken into consideration when the CSA assessed how much my bloke had to pay his ex,But her new husbands pay wasn’t taken into consideration that they had an extra wage coming in.This was pointed out to them and they said they weren’t his kids,Well they wasn’t my kids but I had to give my earnings over.Pay for your own kids and it’s women like you that don’t deserve to have kids and you use your kids to get what you want out of life.

Talk about wanting your cake….I hope your ex’s partner’s income wasn’t taken into consideration, they’re yours and the nrps responsibility only! I thought if csa were involved then that’s all you should be entitled to and no more unless the nrp has volunteered the extra cost. Just be grateful you get something. You sound incredibly bitter.

This is EXACTLY the hell we are going through right now. My partner left his wife when he found out she’d been having a multitude of online and real life affairs, while refusing to work and even buying GIFTS, hotel rooms and trips for these men with partner’s wages.
She was LIVID that he dared leave her after 18 years of being under her control. (emotional and financial abuse)
Her revenge has ranged from forcing us to pay thousands to clear partner’s name of violence so that he could see his children again, and now she is trying to get the courts to take my income into consideration. (I’d like to point out that we got together after he left her! She really IS that warped)
Her current partner does not work and since he lives a £90 train ride away, she needs more money to finance this and thinks my own (and her own) children’s health and welfare come second to this,
So yes, there really are women out there who actually DO this. She even filed on her court papers that she didn’t want to get a proper job as she’d lose her benefits!!
