When my husband and I were having his boys up we used to buy them clothes, shoes, toiletries and toys etc and a friend of mine said it was wrong. I phoned the CSA and a spokes person said the mother must provide everything that they needed for their stay with us. I would have thought that the same applies with nappies and wipes. Just politely ask her to pack everything that you need. Good luck 🙂
They are meant too yes but they don’t have too.
But what woman abides by what CSA says?
Well said Aimee!
dont have to or dont want to,which means”lets make it difficult for nrp”
If you pay csa then you should pay for nothing else. It’s all that is required. Do not forget that normally the pwc will receive cb, tc, wtc (?) And other benefits. When you have care of your child/children you receive nothing.
Keep every receipt apply for variation
As you have paid for the essentials then yes, but the CSA will never give a toss. I dont even get a change of clothes for my boys anymore, just have to provide them myself.
Personally I wouldnt even give her the satisfaction of asking – just carry on and smile and be polite. If she is trying to wind you up by being a dick and all you do is smile back it will just wind her up.
