Legally has to yes but if you don’t want to claim you don’t have to, just ring csa and cancel it.
Yes its csa money isnt for seeing the child its to support the child by contributing to its daily living expenses like food, water, clothes and electricity
My sons father is now living in phillipines with new partner and child can i still get csa for my son his dad stopped my sons payments that was always his treat money so not only has my son lost his dad i gotta keep saying no not yet let me save up
No Andrea hes out of the uk unless his dad voluntary sends him money
No Samantha ….it’s not for paying your electric bill..that’s your problem, not your kids.
This is what pisses me off about having no say how, where or even if my money is spent on my kid. We might just as well spend the money on anything the pwc thinks fit …including herself?
Cm should be spent on the child whom it’s intended for. Clothes, food, hols, school trips…IT IS NOT FOR SUBSIDISING UTILITY BILLS.
