Should I still be paying child support?
My daughter is 18. When she was 17 she started one of the new government two year apprenticeships but six months after she was finished by the employer who said they hadn’t got enough work for her to continue. She has now found a job which employs her for just 20 hours per week but there is no college or official training attached to it. Nor does she attend any training at a college in her own time. Should I now still be paying Child Support?
I look after my daughter financially myself as well as having to pay her mother, who by the way now charges my daughter board and lodgings.

If she’s not in college then you need to ring CSA and request case closure.
I would avoid doing anything with the CSA by phone. They lie. Write a letter and send it Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery if you can afford it. That way you have delivery notification as proof when they shaft you for as much money as they can before closing the case.
Am I the only one in the audience shocked when I read such kind of questions? So because ur daughter is 18 and working than she isn’t a responsibility? I’m a mum and I also have a daughter and I’d give my all to her regardless of her age or financial situation because she’s my blood and flesh so I really can’t fathom such kind of questions.
No she isnt shes an adult…….derrrrr y sre u shoked
Time to be responsible for hersellf…..y am i not shoked that women like u want to rape mens paychecks
For as long as posdible
There has to be a point when your children are responsible and are able to provide for themselves … You can’t financially support them forever
