Should I really be paying?

Im paying csa when i have my daughter all weekend is this right?

Plus i have a baby on the way and my parntners child who is 6?

I dnt think i should be paying if i have my daughter 3 days a week.

  1. If your partner’s child lives with you then 15% will be deducted from your net income before the maintenance assessment is completed.

    If the qualifying child stays overnight three nights a week then the maintenance will be reduced by 3/7s.

    When the new child is born and there are two children in your household then your net income will be reduced by 20% before the maintenance calculation is made.
