No. Once child no longer lives at home, Child Benefit should stop and then similaryly any CSA case. If CHB is still being claimed – report for fraud.
You need to give evidence to the child benefit office and the CSA. Child benefit took 6 months to process my sons change of circumstance – I refused to pay the CSA while this was happening but this is a potentially risky move.
If you report fraud, you will hear nothing further, the child benefit office do not follow up fraud accusations between parents, and even if they did, they would not tell you anything.
