Should I go to the media?
Hi I have had enough now and I am willing to tell my story, but I think its time the CSA are exposed to the point its closed down! Instantly i will not let it ruin my life and that of my new family and children x 3 .
They have already had to squash approx 18k they said i owed.
I want justice and some! for the stress! i am now at the end as they want to take my wages and that will leave me and my family with nothing to live on so where do I go for advice and help or am I to take things into my own hands and deal with it through media! Can you help??
Time to shut them down and i will do it alone if needs be!

I think that the media are colluding with the government regarding a scenario called ‘Common Purpose’, where as Merlin states it’s basically a gagging order!
Irrespective of how many cases they botch up and treat people as scum, it appears to be a closed shop of compliancy at all costs.
I can only see a ‘class action’ as being the answer to exposing these tax collectors for what they really are!
As a mum of three, I am currenlty on both sides of the CSA. I am both receiving payments for two of my children and also battling with them over my husband’s ex girlfriend.
Top & bottom of it is that each case needs to be judged on it’s on merit. It is all very unfair. Many Dad’s want to pay & take part in the childs life but simply do not have it. And how comes mums can move the next bloke in & coin it in but a Man cannot move on & try to be happy?
I could never see any reason why a dad would walk away from his child/children. I can now.
I also have always supported my children with jobs i do not really want to do, and I know I could do far better, but they have given me money for the kids aswell as allowing me to be around for my children.
Too many mums prepared to do the damsel in distress routine nowadays. There are some pathetic fathers ( these cant be given the term of ‘Dad’) But many women need to try to exercise an ounce of independence & self respect, and too many see men & csa as an excuse to sit on their bottoms & cruise through life just taking handouts.
I hope things work out for you in the end. I think many of us should be visiting schools to give talks about why its so important to be careful who you have children with too
I for one would loveingly get involved with any organisation or method to get rid this vermin called the csa…its fucking scary that this filth thinks its above any law…if thats the case all us fathers who they screw are fucked..we need to stand up and fight them like the poll tax rioters..but sadly that wont happen cause there aint enough of us to make any impact….csa are cunts..pure gutter filth.
The media try to say it is not in the public interest about the CSA. I completely differ to agree. No-one knows how vile and disgusting this AGency is until you are involved in it.
There was an article in the Sunday Post newspaper at the weekend about this Agency and how they are still failing. There is over £3bn outstanding they need to collect, so I suppose they will be doing the rounds again of fictious arrears. One point they stated in the paper is why the Agency should work for children, one thing that everyone forgets is the 2nd families that are driven to poverty or separation because of this Agency. That is the realistic side. In addition the Government are to spend another £20m on the Agency which is another disgusting amount of money considering cutbacks in other Government Departments such as NHS, which everyone needs. Not everyone needs the CSA so why is every taxpayer being made to pay for it.
Sorry for the rant but I am disgusted by this Agency.
Have you got your MP involved to help out? The Agency are not allowed to leave you with less than 60% of your salary. Are there arrears involved in your case also?
I agree with all of you but the fact remains that the Goverment ACTIVELY PROMOTE THIS FARCE OF AN AGENCY!!!
No one but the Government gain from this…. they have set up a system that has mothers and fathers fighting over money instead of doing whats best for the kids!!! Most parents want the best for their kids but the CSA has made it all about money because it’s something we all need to survive!!!
2nd familys and NRPs on PAYE are the real victims in all this… I don’t see that changing any time soon as they are sitting targets for the CSA!!! A guaranteed income without any hassle… it’s disgusting!!!
I’d support anyone who has a plan to show the CSA for what it is!!!
