My x wife took me to court she said I was going 2 kidnap my son but she made all this up because she wanted a council house and 2 get a move out of plymouth because her boyfriend owed money 2people and she pissed a few people off.
I haven’t seen my son 3years I have tried contacting her asking what my son wants for his birthdays and Xmas I do not get any reply she don’t want me 2have anything 2do with him.
I have just started work and now the csa is on my back I have told them I’m not paying it because she don’t want me 2have anything 2 do with him.
I told them them she has took my son she not having my money 2. Do I have 2 pay csa?

Unfortunately mate, although I feel your frustrations as I’ve gone through the same, the csa despite being called the CHILD SUPPORT agency have no interest in thw welfare of your children or your access to them. They are simply there as a government supported money collection agency who are above the law and will hound you, steal money from your account or wages even if it means making you unemployed, homeless and suicidal.
My best advice is go self employed and do your own books, pay your own wages.
Total agree with the guy above. Very rarely they’ll hope you. I’d see a lawyer or citizens advice bureau to see what options you would have off taking to court all depending what they say and your chances are.

They couldn’t care less about you or your kids mate sorry to say. I’ve been to the limit through these heartless people almost lost everything and if it wasn’t for me being lucky enough to have a few fantastic family members I wouldn’t be here today. Good luck

Its a stealth tax to fathers who are separated from the kids. we are now made to pay for the privilege of being shafted by the ex…go self employed, leave the country or go on the dole, that’s the only way if you feel you shouldn’t pay her, I am on your side, my ex fucked off and wanted nothing to do me in favour of another bloke to bed her and bring up my kid. I object to paying for my daughters everyday upbringing, why the fuck should I ? she don’t live with me, I didn’t take her away, the bitch ex did, so she and her bloke should do it. Why should I have to pay those 2 fucks hundreds of pounds each month, using my kid as the excuse..arseholes all of them inc the csa
